WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING
ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT
BILLING ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF
YOU DO NOT ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WILL
NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON
YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT IS ONLY
SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.


How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing
occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will start processing on the following business day which is Monday.)

  • Orders are shipped out on Monday-Friday
  • No orders are shipped out on weekends
  • Standard Domestic Shipping is 5-7 Business days (max) but it can arrive as soon as 5 days depending on the state it is being delivered.

International Shipping is 14-21 Business days depending on your location.
SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW  7-14 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship. If a product ordered is on backorder you will be will notified via email. 

Holidays do not count as a business day. All orders placed after 5pm EST
will start processing on the following business day.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED
DELIVERIES
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. We ship all packages with SIGNATURE
CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,
if necessary.

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

When will my tracking number start to update?
Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed. After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs.

Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Please check your spam folder if
you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after
3-5 business days from placing your order, please contact customer service at
dollshairb@gmail.com

Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be
altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately.  NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELATIONS once payment is made.
